The Booking 360
What is The Booking 360?
The Booking 360 is an online sports booking platform that helps you search and book sports facilities. You can also manage all your bookings through our website without the hassle of going to the court.
Do I need to pay to use this service?
Nope! We are absolutely free, just register yourself with us and you are good to go!
Membership
Is there a membership fee? And how long is it valid for?
No additional charges are required to register yourself as a member. Your membership will be valid for 1 year (365 days), so long as you stay active. If you would like to cancel your membership, please note that your points will be terminated and will no longer be retrievable.
How do you collect points and what are the benefits?
Members will accumulate points through bookings and referral programmes. You may then use your points for additional discounts on future bookings and merchandises. Stay tuned for even more rewards.
Reservations
How do I check for slot availability?
Select your preferred time and outlet on the Home Page, then proceed to the Booking Page to select your court size. You can then make your payment and proceed to checkout.
When is a booking confirmed?
Your booking will be confirmed after your payment is made on the Booking Page. A confirmation SMS will be sent to your mobile number with your court number, time and location.
Please note that we reserve the right to change your court in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or court maintenance (your time slot and location will still remain the same, but court placement is subject to change).
On the waitlist - Your booking request will be confirmed when an SMS is sent to your mobile number notifying you of your given court and time slot. You can also check on your booking in your Profile Page.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can. Head over to your profile to select your new booking slot and preferred time.
Do note that you can only reschedule your booking once per match.
No show or cancellations
Can I cancel my bookings?
Yes, you can. However, you must make your cancellations before 48 hours of your booking time to get back your deposit. All cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your total payment as it will be charged as a service fee.
Is there a penalty for last minute cancellations? Why?
Yes, you will lose your total payment if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking time. This is to discourage last minute cancellations as it is unfair to other players who would like to use your slot.
If I don’t show up for my booking, can I get a refund?
No, you will not be refunded. Please reschedule your match at least 48 hours before playtime to receive a refund. Important Note: If you cancel a rescheduled match, you will not receive a refund.
What happens when the management cancels on me?
The management will not cancel on a player’s booking. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters. All bookings made will be kept in our system and can be rescheduled* according to your preferred time.
Payment
What payment options are available?
You can pay via local bank transfer, or through our ewallet partners: GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go and Boost.
Do I have to pay in full for online reservations? Can I make payment in the court?
Yes, you are required to pay in full online. You may only opt to pay a deposit of 50% online and pay the remaining balance on location of your selected court with a promo code. This is to ensure a seamless and convenient user experience.
Refunds
What can I request a refund for?
Court closure due to:
  • Movement Control Order (MCO)
  • Weather issues or natural disasters
  • Maintenance, upgrading, or reparation works
How do I request a refund? And how long will it take?
Proceed to your Profile Page, then check your Current Booking, and look for the refund button.
It will take at least 14 working days for us to process your refund payment.
Trainers & coaches
I am a trainer. Can I do multiple court bookings at one go?
Yes. Weekly bookings are called 'Block Bookings'. To make block bookings, you are required to get in touch with your chosen sports outlet to request for your desired time slot and court.
Once your block booking has been completed, your court will be reserved weekly within the 1 year contract.
Do note that rescheduling is still possible, but please contact the person in charge of your sellected outlet at least 24 hours before the match.
Do I have to pay extra for multiple and/or repeated bookings?
Nope, no extra charges are needed for block bookings.
